2 Weeks Left to Enroll! Deadline for Perú Spanish Immersion Program 2024

I'm currently sitting in the airport waiting for my (now delayed) flight to Lima, Perú. I'm excited to see our friends and family, eat lomo saltado, ceviche, maybe have some pisco sours or chilcanos, and definitely enjoy being in the hustle and bustle of the capital in addition to our quick trip to a city located in a valley in the Andes mountains. I'll be sharing all about this personal trip on Instagram & TikTok to give you a feel for Perú and also what it's like to travel with me: check it out @clasesconelizabeth for more.

But perhaps more importantly, this time around I'll be making mental notes on what to share with travelers during the group program this summer --

Join me in Perú this August!

If you've been considering the Lima & Cusco, Perú Program: don't miss the enrollment deadline. April 3, 2024 is only

2 weeks away!

Perú holds a special place in my heart, and I can't wait to share it with you and fellow Spanish learners. You can find the itinerary, price, inclusions, exclusions, etc., all at the following link:

This is a hard deadline! A program to Perú includes booking domestic flights between Lima & Cusco, as well as securing Machu Picchu tickets, so an April deadline is required.

Program Description:

This program is specifically designed with adult Spanish language learners in mind. Immerse yourself in the culture, history, and language of beautiful Perú while exploring Lima, Cusco, the Sacred Valley, and Machu Picchu. Travel with an experienced language teacher to support your Spanish immersion and coordinate the guided activities. Travel package includes Spanish classes while in Perú and language support throughout the trip. There are several group activities with fellow Spanish learners included, and there is also flexibility for alone time and to explore as you wish!

Lima is known for its award-winning gastronomy (lomo saltado, ceviche, pisco, and more), colonial architecture, views of the Pacific coast and its trendy neighborhoods. Cusco is known as the former capital of the Incas and sits high in the Andes Mountains as a gateway to a wonder of the world, Machu Picchu.

Are you a teacher or an educator? Earn CEU hours and receive a certificate for program participation.

This program is born of a love for conscious travel, language learning, education, and investing in local communities. For these reasons, we collaborate with Peruvian service providers to offer the activities and tours offered in this itinerary, and portion of the program price is directly donated to a Peruvian educational organization and/or a local school to support local programming. By traveling on a Clases Con Elizabeth program to Perú, you will also be creating positive impact by investing in local educational efforts.

Bilingual Program Leader

I'll be joining you on the program! I have been teaching languages and traveling internationally since 2010. My travels include personal, professional, private, and group programs; I lived in Lima for two years and now return at least once a year to visit friends and family. For more information on my teaching and traveling experiences, visit the following link or the Instagram account @clasesconelizabeth.

Language Focused

There are 4 Spanish classes included in the price: one 30-minute private Spanish Conversation Classes with your Program Leader before departure, and three Spanish classes during the program with local teachers. The classes while in Perú are provided to enhance the immersion experience with an opportunity to ask vocabulary and grammar questions during the program. On-site classes also provide opportunity for cultural exchange and direct connection to the local people and language.

Language Immersion

Participants are encouraged to communicate in Spanish as much as possible with both the local people and fellow travelers. Language growth is a main focus of the program, and this is your opportunity to immerse yourself and give your Spanish skills a boost to the next level! Majority of tours included in the program are given primarily in Spanish (although there may be times when guides use English).
